Clubs

Glacier View Junior High has many clubs and afterschool activities for our students to connect with their peers and try new things.

Clubs and activities are a lot of fun but remember, they are school events, and all school rules will apply to include:

Go to your club/activity right after school. If you leave campus and return later hoping to go to a club/activity, you will not be allowed to attend.
Stay in your club/activity. Students found in other parts of the school unrelated to your club/activity will be asked to leave.
Attend class first! If you are absent from school that day, you are not permitted to then come for a club/activity that afternoon.
Finally, unless someone is personally invited by a teacher/advisor, there should be no visitors. Don't invite people that don't attend GV to accompany you.

Students must have an ASB card to participate in these clubs and afterschool activities.

Overview

If you plan to stay after school for home games, you MUST be in Fan Club from the time school ends at 2:00pm until the event begins at 3:00pm.

Stay after school with the Fan Club advisors and make posters, play games, and hang out with other students before attending the Home Games for our sports teams. Fan Club gives students who love sporting events and rooting for their athlete friends the opportunity to do just that.

Overview

Honor Society does leadership activities in our community, helps with charity events, connects with other schools, and attends field trips to expand horizons.

8th and 9th grade students who have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above and have displayed appropriate behavior are eligible to apply for membership in Honor Society.
